Rhythm & Ritual: New Moon Edition
Rhythm & Ritual is a monthly sacred movement and wellness experience presented by The Aṣé Frequency and Wise Essentials.
Our first gathering honors the new moon and creates space to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your body, and set intentions for the cycle ahead.
The evening will begin with grounding and guided sensual movement led by The Aṣé Frequency. Guests will then experience a nourishing womb tea ceremony and the Sacred Seven juice tasting presented by Wise Essentials.
Each chakra-inspired juice will be introduced with its ingredients, meaning, and a guided reflection prompt. Together, we will explore the energy we are ready to release, the areas within ourselves that need care, and the intentions we want to embody moving forward.
This is an intentional space for movement, nourishment, reflection, and renewal. No dance experience is required. Come as you are and wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely.
