Rhythm + Ritual: New Moon Edition

Rhythm + Ritual is a monthly sacred movement and wellness experience presented by Wise Essentials and The Asé Frequency.

Each gathering brings together embodied movement, intentional ritual, nourishment, reflection and sensory connection in an atmosphere designed for release, activation and renewal.

For the New Moon Edition, The Asé Frequency will guide guests through grounding and sensual movement designed to deepen connection with the body, awaken personal frequency and create space for intentional embodiment.

Following the movement experience, Wise Essentials will guide guests through a nourishing womb tea ceremony and the Sacred Seven juice tasting. Each chakra-inspired blend will be paired with guided reflection to explore what guests are ready to release, restore and activate for the cycle ahead.

Together, movement and nourishment become a ritual of presence, creating an opportunity to enter the next cycle consciously, connected and aligned with what you are choosing to call forward.
